  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • melba toasts, to serve
  • Process feta, oil and garlic until just combined. Add milk in a thin, steady stream, processing until mixture forms a smooth paste. Refrigerate for 3 hours or until chilled. Serve with melba toasts.
