• 2 (500g) chicken breast fillets, cubed
  • 1 teaspoon five spice powder
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • thinly sliced green onion, to serve
  • Place chicken in a shallow glass or ceramic bowl. Add five spice, garlic, sesame oil, honey and soy sauce. Toss to combine. Cover. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Heat a chargrill pan over medium-high heat. Place 1 sheet baking paper on chargrill to avoid chicken burning. Cook chicken, in 2 batches, for 5 to 6 minutes or until browned and cooked through. Top with onion. Serve.
