• 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 3 lavash sheets or other flatbread
  • sea salt
  • Preheat oven to 190°C. In a small bowl, combine garlic, chopped chives and olive oil. Set aside.
  • Place lavash sheets on an oven tray and brush with the garlic and oil mixture. Cook for 3-4 minutes or until crisp and golden. Remove from oven and set aside for 1-2 minutes to cool.
  • Break into large pieces, sprinkle with sea salt and serve immediately.
