• 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 3 sheets of lavash bread
  • sea salt
  • Preheat a grill or barbecue grill on high. Combine olive oil, garlic and rosemary in a small bowl. Brush oil mixture evenly over lavash bread.
  • Place bread on grill and cook on both sides for 2 minutes or until crisp and golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool slightly.
  • To serve, break into large pieces and sprinkle with sea salt.
