• 2 x 60cm baguettes
  • 2 x 120g packets goat's cheese
  • 1 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
  • 200g Primo shaved leg ham
  • 1/3 cup cranberry and caramelised red onion chutney
  • Trim ends from baguettes. Cut baguettes along tops (don't cut all the way through). Spread each roll with goat's cheese. Top with parsley, ham and chutney. Cut each baguette into 6 pieces. Serve.
