• 60ml (1/4 cup) honey
  • 2 tbs caster sugar
  • 10g butter
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 200g blanched almonds
  • Combine honey, sugar, butter and cinnamon in a saucepan. Cook, stirring, until the butter melts. Add almonds. Stir to coat. Roast until golden.
